Follow these Simple Steps:

Basic Returns:
a. Place item(s) in a sturdy shipping package. If you are returning a partial order, it is not necessary to use the original box.
b. Include a copy of the Packing Slip in your package.
Note: The original shipping charges incurred on your purchase AND the charge for returning unwanted items are non-refundable.

For Missing, Damaged and/or Defective Merchandise:
The customer is responsible for inspecting and counting merchandise at the time of delivery.
a. Claims for missing, damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to Customer Service within 7 days of delivery.

PLEASE NOTE:
Items for Basic Return must be in the same condition in which they were received to ensure full credit. Items must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories.
Past 30 Days?
Products returned after 30 days from delivery will incur a 25% restocking charge which will be deducted from your refund if products are still in the condition for which was shipped.
